Here at Farmworkers Self-Help, Inc. (FSH), we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Since 1982, we have participated in a wide range of activities that empower individuals and communities. Our Mission is to facilitate the self-development of the whole person, families, and communities toward self-reliance and personal independence. Our Programs
Furthering our cause is the most important goal of our organization. We seek to support, empower, and provide high-quality resources to the Pasco County community. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value we provide to those we serve.
Organization
As an organization ourselves, we feel it is important that we create an opportunity for our community members to safely organize and promote/advocate for the community. Our voice is one of the strongest tools and in order to get our voices across we must group together because there is strength in numbers.
Education
Farmwrokers Self-Help, Inc. is much more than just an advocacy group we are committed to educating our community. We provide a plethora of resources to keep information circulating through our community and step in so that those who deserve an education get one.
Advocacy
In order for change to occur we must advocate for it, Farmworkers Self-Help has advocated on behalf of various issues whether that be breast cancer awareness, march for our lives, and crime survivors. We as an organization know the importance of advocating on issues at hand so we try our best to advocate on serious issues within our community.
